i) have had his/her account closed for more than one year
ii) did not have an account lock placed on his/her account over the past year and
iii) did not have his/her account closed by Nassau OTB for a disqualifying reason.
Nassau OTB employees and their extended families (spouses, children, parents, grandparents, step-parents, and step-children) are not eligible to receive the promotion benefits.
Upon creating a new account, the player must deposit a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) within the first thirty (30) days and wager a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) within the first thirty (30) days.
Following the account being open for thirty (30) days, Nassau OTB will review the account to confirm the deposit and wagering activity necessary to qualify for the promotional account credit was reached. Nassau OTB will then credit the player’s account with one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Promotion benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable. If a participant would qualify for the account credit, but is otherwise disqualified, the benefit may not be applied to another account holder.
Cancelled wagers will not be counted toward the total needed to qualify for the account credit promotion.}
Account credit deposited as a result of this promotion is for wagering with Nassau OTB only.
Account credit deposited as a result of this promotion may not be withdrawn by any means for a period of sixty (60) days. If an account is closed prior to the expiration of the 60-day period from the time the deposit occurs, the funds will be excluded from any balance due to the account holder following the closure.
Only one account may be opened per person at any one time. Nassau OTB does not permit accounts to be shared or loaned to another player. Wrongful use of the account through deception, sharing, or partnership will result in closure of the account and the account credited to be removed from the account balance.
The promotional period begins April 24, 2026, at 12:01am, and concludes on September 7, 2026, at 11:59pm. The conditions of the promotion must be met before the conclusion of the promotion on September 7, 2026 in order to qualify for the account credit.
