To open an account in person or by mail you must read and accept the Nassau OTB Permanent Wagering Account Rules, complete all required information on the application, submit a copy of your driver’s license or government issued picture identification, and make an initial deposit of $10 dollars or more. Nassau OTB Permanent Wagering Account Rules and application form are provided below. When complete, you may submit it in one of the following ways:
